A) Head Writer: Ilisha is finishing up the script for the video. She did not have any problems or challenges. I did not need to help her.
Keynoter: Gull got the graph and images started. He had some problems with the graph, but Ilisha and I helped him out. He's having some problems with Keynote because he can't remember a lot of the tools that he has learned.
Videographer: Aura has gotten information on shot angles and is currently taking notes about them. She still has to take pictures that relate to the different types of shots.
Project Manager: I have got myself a gmail account, emailed everyone contact info, and then created my blog. I have gotten the microscopic truth calender. Now I will help others if they need help. I have helped Gull quite a bit on his keynote as well.
B) I have helped Gull with his Keynote, and talked with everyone to check in with them. Aura and Ilisha doesn't need help, but Gull does. I have motivated everyone by having a positve attitude and willing to help everyone to the best of my ability.

First Blog
A) Last Class 10/23/07
Head Writer: (Ilisha) our head writer was not here so she did not get anything done last class. Our head writer needs to do all the script to meet the benchmark today. She needs help on explaining the math survey very well. Our head writer say she can manage and finish everything by the end of this class.
Keynoter: (Gull) Gull accomplished how to use Keynote effectively last class. He got all of his questions out of the way. He also finished one slide of a practice keynote. Gull has already met the benchmark so he will just continue practicing to make better and more interesting slides. Gull doesn’t see any problems in the current assignment. Gull does not need any help.
Videographer: (Aura) Aura learned how to use garage band last class. Aura needs to record and finish up the assignment to meet the benchmark. Aura does not see any challenges in doing the current assignment. Aura does not need any help in doing the assignment.
End Class 10/26/07
Head Writer: (Ilisha) She finished the script that was required of her, She was able to meet the benchmark by finishing the script. She has completely finished this assignment, but she needs Ted to sign it off.
Keynoter: (Gull) Gull created 3 different shapes on Keynote. He finished his benchmark. He has completely finished and does not need to do anymore on this assignment.
Videographer: (Aura) She finished everything she needed to do. She created the garage band 1 minute segment. She was able to finish, but can still use a little time to add more effects. Other than that, she has finished this benchmark.
B) I have been talking to my group members individually and asking what they need help with. Whenever people got off task, I would help them get back on task by asking what's happening and why you're distracted. Then whenever someone needs help, I would help them to the best of my ability. I usually just give everyone a reasonable goal that has been set at the beginning of the class that relates to their project goal assignment. I will check in with everyone every half hour or so and asked them what they've done and if they need help. Otherwise I will just help those who are in the greatest struggle of finishing.
